Warehouse & distribution
Where every unit came from and where it went, on record
For central warehouses, branch warehouses, stores, and wholesale customers. Stock is never typed in: it is built from receipts, transfers, sales, and write-offs, so nobody can quietly change it.

What it fixes
Problems this solution removes
System stock doesn't match the shelf
Every movement is a document. A stock count freezes the location, counts it, and corrects the difference through approval, with a reason.
Goods disappear in transfer
Shipped and received quantities are recorded separately. A difference stays open until the person responsible closes it.
Import cost is a guess
Freight, customs, and other costs are allocated to the receipt, so sales margin comes from real cost.
Nobody knows who did what
Every document number, author, and timestamp sits in the audit log.
The process
End to end, in one system
- 1
Purchase
Local or import order, advance, supplier invoice.
- 2
Receipt
Acceptance, checks, cost allocation.
- 3
Storage
Warehouse, store, faulty-goods and returns zones, reservations.
- 4
Request
A branch, project, or customer asks; the centre decides.
- 5
Dispatch
Pick, ship, waybill, accept, close the difference.
- 6
Count
Stock counts, write-offs, adjustments through approval.

Negative or low stock
Proposes a recount for negative stock and a restock for low stock.
Dead stock
Flags items with no movement for over 90 days and opens a task to decide.
Warehouse analyst

Modules in this solution
Questions about this solution
We already have barcode scanners. Will they work?
Yes. A standard USB scanner works for receipts, transfers, stock counts, and at the till.
Can we bring stock over from our old software?
Yes. During rollout our team migrates items, opening stock, and debts, and reconciles them with you.
How is cost calculated?
Weighted average. Import costs are allocated to the receipt, so margins are real.
We ship to wholesale customers against orders.
The warehouse side comes ready. The wholesale flow from order to shipment and receivable is configured to the way you work.
