Every store's sales, stock, and till on one screen

What it fixes
Problems this solution removes
The till doesn't balance at close
Shift open, every receipt, discount, and cash-out is recorded against the cashier. You can see which shift and which action the gap appeared after.
Nobody knows what's left in which store
Every store's and the central warehouse's stock in one list. The store requests, the warehouse picks and ships, the store accepts.
Instalments live in a notebook
Customer credit limit, payment schedule, overdue list. Raising a limit goes through a manager's approval.
Discounts get given without asking
Limits are set per store and per item. A cashier can't push a discount past the limit alone.
The process

- 4
Return
Found by receipt or by serial number.
- 5
Shift
Cash is counted; any difference is recorded with a reason.

Store takings are handed in and reconciled.
AI agents
What the AI agents do in this industry
Cash discrepancy
If a shift closes short, it gives the controller a check task with the shift and cashier details.
Store running out
When a fast seller is about to run out, it proposes a transfer from the central warehouse.
Falling sales or margin
If a branch's sales or margin drops sharply, it opens a review task for the manager.
Unclosed shifts
Reminds the person responsible about shifts left open and overdue tasks.

Modules in this solution
Questions about this solution
How are fiscal receipts issued?
During rollout we connect your online till or virtual till. We choose the most practical route together during the audit.
We have several legal entities.
Several legal entities and branches run in one system, with separate reporting for each.
Can a salesperson see another store's sales?
No. Each employee sees only their own branch's data, within their role.
What does the till run on?
A desktop app on Windows or Linux, with a standard USB scanner and receipt printer. The app updates itself.
